Returns
Due to the nature of our herbal products, we do not accept returns unless:
– The product was damaged during transit.
– The wrong item was shipped.
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. Refunds for canceled orders (if prepaid) will be processed in 5–7 working days.
