Returns
Due to the nature of our herbal products, we do not accept returns unless:
– The product was damaged during transit.
– The wrong item was shipped.
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will Credit a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. Refunds for canceled orders (if prepaid) will be Credited in 5–7 working days.
Exchange
At AMOR RO EXOTIC, we maintain strict quality control standards for all our products. Due to the nature of our items and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer any exchanges once an order has been delivered.
